What do I actually get?

Which Systainers is it sized for?
One SYS3 M 112, two SYS3 M 137, one SYS3 M 187 and one SYS3 M 237, all on the M footprint. That comes out at a cabinet 489 mm wide, 470 mm deep and 1068 mm tall over its toe base. A different stack changes the height and the slide positions, which is what the wall fit calculator handles.
How much side clearance do the slides need?
The side mount ball bearing slides this plan uses take 12.7 mm a side nominally, and at the rounded 451 mm opening they end up with 12.5 mm. Undermount slides are a different number: about 8.3 mm a side, but they cost you 14 mm of height under every tray, which is why the plan is drawn for side mount.
Can I build it from three quarter inch plywood?
Yes. The plan is drawn for 19 mm carcass stock and 12 mm for the trays and the back. If your sheet measures something else, say 18.2 mm, then the opening and everything set out from it moves. Measure the sheet first and run your real thickness through the planner rather than fudging it at the saw.
Where does the edgebanding go?
The front edge of both sides, the front edge of the top and the bottom, the front nose of each tray side, and the top edge of each tray front. That is 5583 mm of edgebanded edge, so buy about 6.2 m. The plan marks every one of those edges in orange on the drawings.
