Found a bug? Report it and get a free month

If the planner gets a number wrong or a page fights you, say so from inside the product. Reports that turn into fixes get paid for.

Where the button is

It floats on the page once you are signed in, a small round button, about the size of a coin. It is only there when you are signed in, because a report we cannot tie to an account is usually one we cannot reproduce.

It works in the middle of a planner session without throwing away what you were doing.

What you get for it

One free month for each report that leads to a fix, credited to your account and applied once paid plans start. Not every report: the ones that turn into an actual change. The total is capped at six months however many you send.

What makes a report useful

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot beats a paragraph.

If a number came out wrong, tell us which boxes you had picked and what wall width you set. A Systainer bank is a chain of widths, so a millimetre in the wrong place shows up three cabinets later, and we need your inputs to find where it started. The guides explain that chain if you want to check it yourself first.
